Celebrando El Planeta Tierra / Earth Day Celebration

En honor al Día del Planeta Tierra, quise hacer algo que deseaba hacer hace mucho tiempo: Sembrar!  Nunca me había dado esta oportunidad porque, lamentablemente, no me interesaba aprender. Pero uno va cambiando poco a poco, y ahora, lo que mas deseo es tener nuestro jardín, tener un huerto casero, y sembrar. Mi anhelo también es poder darle esta experiencia a mis hijos. Esta noche duermo con una gran sonrisa en mi rostro...
(Ayer los nenes hicieron pinturas con el motivo de La Tierra. Los publico mas adelante esta semana.
Un secretito...Mientras daba la lección a los nenes, mi esposo me llamó Maria Chuzema y me hizo reir mucho. Tan graciosito él!!!)

As a way of celebrating Earth Day, I decided to do something I've been wanting to do for a long time:  Plant! I never gave myself the chance to plant because, sadly, I had no interest in learning. But people change, and now, this is what I long for the most... to have our own garden, to have our very own orchard, and to plant. My desire, also, is to provide my children with this experience. I guess I'll be sleeping tonight with a big smile on my face...
(Yesterday, the kids did some Earth-themed paintings. I'll post them later this week.)
